These Terms of Service govern your use of the ShamiqShop store and any purchase you make from it. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. About ShamiqShop
ShamiqShop is a digital storefront operated by S.A Studios. We currently sell our own products and will, in the future, host third-party vendors on the same platform.
2. Products sold by ShamiqShop
Products sold directly by ShamiqShop are sold and fulfilled by us. We are the seller and are responsible for fulfilment.
3. Products sold by third-party vendors
When we host vendors, their products are listed under their own brand. For those products the vendor is the seller and is responsible for product quality, shipping, customer service and any refunds. ShamiqShop provides the platform only and is not the seller of these products.
4. Commission and fees
ShamiqShop does not charge customers any commission, service fee or additional charge on top of the listed prices. Vendors listed on ShamiqShop pay a flat monthly listing fee to S.A Studios — this is a business-to-business arrangement that is invisible to customers.
5. Product ownership
ShamiqShop does not claim ownership of any vendor's products, brand, imagery or content. Vendors retain full ownership of their listings.
6. Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are set by the seller — either ShamiqShop or the vendor.
7. Payment
Orders are paid via direct bank transfer. Payment instructions are shown at checkout.
8. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by vendor and location.
9. Refunds and returns
- For ShamiqShop's own products: contact us within 3 days of delivery for damaged items. They are replaced at no cost.
- For vendor products: contact the vendor directly. ShamiqShop is not responsible for vendor refunds or disputes.
10. Disputes
For orders fulfilled by ShamiqShop, contact us on WhatsApp. For vendor orders, please contact the vendor first.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the current version.
