Your information is stored securely in a database hosted by Supabase (Singapore region). Access is restricted to the merchant fulfilling your order.
4. Who can see it
Only the merchant fulfilling your order can see your details. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact us on WhatsApp.
7. Third-party services we use
We rely on Supabase (database), Cloudflare (hosting) and Resend (email notifications, when enabled). These providers process data on our behalf so we can run the store.
8. Third-party vendors
When a product is sold by a third-party vendor listed on ShamiqShop, that vendor sees your order details in order to fulfil it. Vendors are independently responsible for their own privacy practices.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
