How do I place an order?
Click Order Now on the product you want, choose your quantity, fill in your details and confirm. You'll get an order number — keep it safe, as you'll need it for any follow-up.
How do I pay?
We take manual bank transfer to SadaPay. The account details are shown at checkout. After you've transferred the amount, send us your payment proof via WhatsApp so we can verify and dispatch your order.
Where is my order?
Use the order number from your confirmation message and message us on WhatsApp. We'll check the status and update you right away.
I didn't receive my order confirmation — what now?
First check your Spam or Junk folder. If it's still missing, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm your order manually.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days across Pakistan.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is something we plan to add in the future.
Returns & Damaged Items
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery on WhatsApp with a photo of the item. We'll replace it for you.
Can I return my order?
Physical items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. If something is wrong, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
